IMPORTANT: Multiple Ways that patients can be scheduled for the vaccine:

  1. Call 1.844.BSW.VACC
  2. Go online via the BSW app (text BETTER to 88408 to download app) or to to the website (bswhealth.com/COVID-vaccine) and self-schedule via “open scheduling”.  This is a new feature and anyone can go online and, if slots are available, schedule a time to receive the vaccine in the region.  Our understanding is that teachers and child caregivers are now including in the 1B group from a screening standpoint so should be able to schedule.
  3. People who are registered in one of these ways will receive a call via an automatic dialing phone feature.  People who are not on the app but qualify will receive a call from this automated system that will then allow the patient to schedule their vaccine via the phone call. 
  4. People who have internet access will receive a link via the BSW app that will allow them to schedule.
