For those interested in our organization, it can best be summarized by: The CATTLEWOMEN CREED Believing that the livestock industry is of basic importance to world existence, we, the Hill Country CattleWomen, dedicate ourselves to support it with our labor and finances; to promote it through information and publicity; to encourage its producers with our understanding and love, to do all in our power to install in the coming generation the love of the land and of life, the humility and awe before Nature, and the hope and faith in the future that is inherent in cattlemen and cattlewomen.

Our HCCW Chapter has monthly meetings in September, October, and January through June with interesting and informative speakers. Members participate in Ag Days activities put on for the local grade school students in their respective counties. We raise Scholarship monies for eligible local University attendees at our annual Roundup Dance. We also host a Women’s Ranch seminar designed to educate and provide resources to Cattlewomen. We have a Beef Rewards program that has benefited Father’s Day recipients, veterans, Fire Departments, Children’s Homes and other worthy local entities.

In addition to beef promotion, we always anticipate the opportunity to network and connect with friends who live in our beautiful hill country area.
