The Hill Country Cattlewomen (HCCW) will hold their monthly meeting on Tuesday, October 18, at the Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course Club House located on 341 Golfers Loop in Fredericksburg. Come and experience firsthand how U.S. beef is marketed in international countries from “boots on the ground” Liz Wunderlich, US Meat Export Federation’s Caribbean Consultant and region manager (who happens to live in Fredericksburg). From Korea to Curacao, hear her stories from almost 30 years in the international field on how USMEF approaches, analyzes and evaluates a market to execute a relevant and meaningful beef campaign.
An open invitation is extended to all women in the HCCW 14-county region to attend. Counties served include Bandera, Bexar, Blanco, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Real and San Saba. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. Lunch is $20 and will be served at noon. For general information about HCCW and to RSVP, visit <www.hillcountrycattlewomen. com> or email Linda Park at <lindapark39@yahoo.com>. RSVPs are requested by Tuesday, October 11.
The Hill Country Cattlewomen strive to serve their counties by promoting beef education, land rights and land stewardship. HCCW is a service organization in concert with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, American National Cattlewomen Association, Texas Cattlewomen and local beef supporters.
