Message from Dr. Craig Whiting:

It is frustrating that we have not been able to acquire a supply of COVID vaccine for San Saba County. There is strong evidence that the vaccine is showing benefit across the U.S. where more people have been able to get immunized. I am hopeful that we will see vaccines coming to our county within the next month either through one of our clinics or the pharmacy. In the meantime, several residents have received a COVID vaccination at the Marble Falls Hub (see last week’s newspaper for instructions on how to sign up for that) or from other hubs or pharmacies in neighboring counties.

Reminder from Marsha Hardy:

Keep trying to protect yourself and those around you!

Simply: wash your hands, wear your mask, pay attention to your surroundings and, mostly, be kind!
