Arlington, TX — Connection to Recovery, an established virtual mental health provider, is re-introducing its services across Texas, building on more than six years of supporting individuals, families, and couples through compassionate, personalized support and meaningful connection. This includes the launch of their new website.
With a mission rooted in connection, accessibility, and meaningful support, Connection to Recovery offers secure telehealth services designed to meet clients where they are, literally and emotionally. The organization provides individual therapy, family and couples counseling, and specialized Connection Groups across a wide range of mental health needs and life experiences, with offerings that will continue to evolve over time.
“Access to mental health support can be a challenge for many individuals and families, whether in large cities or more rural communities,” said Lance Johnson, Director of Outreach & Connection at Connection to Recovery. “Our goal is to remove barriers and make it easier for people across Texas to connect with authentic, professional support without long wait times or travel.”
“We believe mental health is just as important as physical health, and it deserves the same level of intention, investment, and prioritization in our lives. Therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis or transition; it is an important part of maintaining overall wellness and staying grounded, connected, and supported in everyday life,” Johnson added.
Connection to Recovery’s master’s-level licensed clinicians bring a wide range of specialties and approaches, allowing the organization to thoughtfully match clients with therapists who align with their needs, goals, and individual experiences.
Connection to Recovery is deeply committed to improving access to mental health support and continues to expand its presence across Texas through community outreach, collaborative partnerships, and engagement with local organizations and healthcare providers. Building on more than six years of service in the state, the organization remains focused on breaking down barriers and strengthening connection, supporting individuals while fostering healthier, more connected communities.
To further increase accessibility, Connection to Recovery works with a wide range of insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid, and offers flexible options designed to make it easier for individuals and families to access the support they need.
