Teri Stone of Hill Country CattleWomen announced a change in the starting time for the next meeting. HCCW's monthly meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, April 20th, at the Doss General Store.
The meeting's social time will start at 10:00 a.m. (instead of 10:30 a.m.) and last until 11:00 a.m., at which time the meeting will begin. Beth McMahon, Gillespie County Extension Horticulturalist, is the scheduled speaker. She will talk about spring gardening and the "do's and don'ts" after a freeze, such as the one that recently occurred.

Lunch will be served around noon. It will include a BBQ plate, pecan pie and drink for the meeting's usual lunch expense of $18.00. The lunch fee is to be paid to the HCCW Treasurer.
