As a proud advocate for law-abiding gun owners and the Second Amendment, I've long supported cutting the bureaucratic red tape that has burdened responsible Americans for decades. This ruling confirms what many advocates have said for years: that NFA's paperwork, fingerprinting, and waiting periods were justified only as a tax-collection tool, and once that tax was eliminated, so was the legal basis for the burden.
