Adventurous weather, high winds caused damage locally

Political signs sprinkled the yards in town with the elections coming up soon. At least they did before the winds came. Now, the yards are covered in leaves that were just on the trees a few hours before.

The Texas panhandle had a blizzard warning earlier this week. In our part of the state, we had only the wind and not the snow. However, the wind did cause damage around town.

Trash dumpsters are turned over everywhere, and you can see a few shingles in parking lots where the winds caused damage to buildings.
