Justin Trevino and Amber Digby headline The Llano Country Opry December 10th

The Llano Country Opry will feature Heart of Texas Recording Artists Amber Digby and Justin Trevino on Saturday, December 10, at 2:30 p.m. at the Lantex Theater in downtown Llano, Texas. Admission is $15, and tickets are now on sale at <www. heartoftexascountry.com> or by calling (325) 247-5354.

Raised in Nashville, Tennessee-- the capital of Country Music--Amber Digby is one of the most refreshing country singers in the first decade of the new century. She recorded her first album “Music from the Honky Tonks” in 2002. It received much attention from all over the world, selling worldwide and creating an overwhelming base of fans.

The popularity of her first album resulted in several tours abroad. She performed at the Furuvik Country Festival in Sweden, toured Australia, playing in Melbourne, Sydney, New South Wales and Brisbane.

In summer of 2006, Digby signed with Heart of Texas Records (based in Brady) and released her second CD album, “Here Come the Teardrops.” Digby then departed back for another European tour, to Sweden, France and Norway.

In 2008, “Passion, Pride and What Might Have Been” was released and then followed by the much acclaimed “Another Way To Live” in the following year. She then teamed with fellow Heart of Texas Recording Artist Justin Trevino. “Keeping Up Appearances” is filled with some classic duets from years ago including the title track and “Right Combination” “Just Between The Two Of Us' “After The Fire Is Gone” “Kicking Our Hearts Around” and “Hows The World Treating You?”.

Her latest projects are “The World You’re Living In” and “Heroes, Mentors and Friends” which includes duets with entertainers including Jeannie C. Riley, Johnny Rodriguez, Larry Gatlin, Loretta Lynn, Moe Bandy and Vince Gill among others. Amber has also recently made over a dozen appearances on the world famous Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, hosted the Ernest Tubb Midnight Jamboree and was a co-writer on a song on Vince Gill's latest album.

Justin Trevino began entertaining from the bandstand when he was only 13 years old. He won the FFA Talent Contest and competed at the State level while in high school.

Trevino recorded his first record, “The King of Clubs” when he was 17. He developed a passion for traditional Country Music during this time and has dedicated his career to promoting it. He was featured in the JVC/ Smithsonian/ Folkways Video of Anthology of American Folk Music when he was 21.

Trevino has released two albums on his own record label, Neon Nightmare. Both “Texas Honky Tonk” and “Loud Music and Strong Wine” received rave reviews from music critics throughout the United States. The projects included duets with such legendary artists as Johnny Bush, Jake Hooker, Curtis Potter and Leona Williams.

He then signed with Lonestar Records and released “Travelin’ Singing Man.” That album sold over 3,000 of copies and spawned a recent tour of Sweden with Claude Gray and Becky Hobbs. He then released his second album on Lonestar Records titled “The Scene of the Crying.”

Trevino joined Heart of Texas Records in 2003 and immediately released “Too Many Heartaches.” The album contains eight songs that Trevino penned and duets with Pretty Miss Norma Jean and Darrell and Mona McCall. It was followed with “More Loud Music And Strong Wine” and his first gospel project “Before You Say Amen.”

Heart of Texas Records released “Take One As Needed For Pain” in 2007, and followed it with “Two Of The Usual.” His latest album is titled “Live At London Dance Hall.”

Other entertainers on the show will include Jack Phillips, Charley Walton, Kaye Tolson, Bode Barker, Tom Tolson and Bucille Snotgrass. Tracy Pitcox will MC the show.
