All citizens interested in educators, education, Proposition 9 (COLA), retired or not, are welcome to an informative meeting to be held Tuesday, October 3rd, at First Street Church of Christ in Lampasas. The meeting will take place from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the church's Fellowship Hall.

Texas A&M Agrilife Extension is hosting a multi-county child care conference to help meet the needs of industry professionals. Topics will include: Health & Nutrition, Safe Sleep Procedures, Challenging behaviors, Behavior management, and Social emotional learning.

The Indians won eight out of ten games last year and are looking for another good season.

50 Years Ago September 20, 1973 The San Saba High School Pep Squad held a practice session to practice yells and also to establish an orderly march for entering and leaving the stands on Friday Night football games.
