New faces at Pecan Capital Trade Days

This month's Pecan Capital Trade days saw some new faces at the vendor booths.

Elizabeth Caddel from Brady had a huge display of homemade bags and decorated shirts. She said she has taken her booth to the Richland Springs Trade Days in the spring and at Christmas time before.

Other items available last Saturday at Trade Days: homemade cookies, cinnamon rolls, and pies (chocolate and coconut!); fresh-baked cakes and cupcakes; canned items of mixed veggies, pickles, and jellies including blueberry, grape, cherry, and blueberry; dishcloths and sponges; aprons, bibs, and neck pillows; perfumes and plants; and the end booth had puppies for sale!

After the summer break, Pecan Capital Trade Days will resume in the fall. Be sure to watch for the reminder in the Upcoming Events section of the San Saba News & Star later this summer.

You can find many more photos of the June 14th Pecan Capital Trade Days on our website www.sansabanews.com later this week.
