Restaurant Report Card for Central Texas for KWTX, Waco, Channel 10, visited San Saba on Sunday to award the Clean Plate Award to our very own Napolis Italian Grill at the corner of East Commerce and South Clear Street.
Napoli's is owned by Jose and Ashley Velazquez. They recently started opening up on Sundays with a limited menu of salads, pizza, and wings. This past Sunday, September 29th, one of their customers came with a camera in hand - it was 'Brad the News Guy' with KWTX Waco’s News Station. (Brad's parents are Jack and Sandra Vaughn of San Saba.)
Napoli's Italian Grill was awarded the Clean Plate Award from KWTX for their recent perfect health inspection score they received on May 22, 2024
y received on May 22, 2024. Notes on their Health Inspection Certificate note: There is no deficiency/violation cited or noted within the scope of this inspection/visit. Special remarks were: excellent shape and very clean! Handwashing and TCS food temperatures were excellent!
They also received a certificate from Restaurant Guru Executive Director, Andrew Priest, congratulating them on their accomplishment
