Mason Murr, San Saba County Game Warden

Mason Murr, San Saba County Game Warden, set up this trailer at the front of the courthouse on November 6th, Hunters’ Welcome Day, for everyone to view different types of animals, birds, fish, reptiles, etc., that were poached or illegally taken by hunters or violators. Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) created “Operation Game Thief,” which is similar to a Crime-Stoppers Program, and offers up to $1,000.00 for information which leads to the arrest and conviction for a wildlife crime.
