Deeds Motor Company was opened by Billy and Merideth Deeds on August 4, 2019, which was also their third wedding anniversary. Their original location was 205 S. High Street which was the old Golding Motors parking lot. Since starting the business, they have sold approximately 1,300 cars.
Deeds Motor Company recently decided to move to a new location and chose the old Donor Pecan building at 1801 W. Wallace Street. They have totally repainted it and fixed it up.
Last Friday, October 4, 2024, they held a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:00 a.m. to celebrate the NEW location of Deeds Motor Company. They served brisket and pork (cooked by Billy) and street tacos and BBQ sandwiches. There were about 100 people at the event, and they ran out of food by 12:30 p.m.
They also held a $1,000 cash drawing at the event. And the winner was....Ramon Aguilar!
People in attendance included the San Saba Chamber of Commerce, friends, family, and their church family.
