Deryl Hoyt, owner and broker of Hoyt Real Estate, San Saba, proudly announces the addition of Sara Smith Walters to the Hoyt Real Estate team. Sara grew up in a southwestern community of Austin called Oak Hill. Years after her family purchased property in San Saba, Sara, a 4th generation Austinite, relocated here since she thought San Saba to be a great place to raise a family.
She has four children: Tristin, age 20; Kade, age 18; Emily, age 3 and Ruth, age 1-year-old. Sara just recently obtained her real estate license and joined the team at Hoyt Real Estate.
Sara said she had been around real estate interactions all her life, and it always held her interest. Because her two oldest children were in college and her two youngest were just beginning life, Sara said she wanted a job she loves to do daily and that’s sustainable for her younger family’s future.
She stated she has always loved being outdoors, and San Saba County has so much to offer in its picturesque environment, plentiful wildlife and one of a kind people. Sara shared she has never met better people anywhere she lived than in San Saba County.
As a Texas native and real estate professional, Sara wants her future clients to know she recognizes and values the trust they will place in her. In addition, knowing buying and selling transactions can be stressful, she wants her clients to realize she can lower stress levels, making the overall experience as pleasurable as possible. In addition, her friends described her as detail-oriented, proactive, knowledgeable and fun to be around.
