    The First Presbyterian Church of San Saba is excited to host a free Back-to-School Bash on Saturday, July 26, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the church located at 207 E. Commerce St., San Saba, TX 76877.

    This community event is open to families in San Saba and will include:

    • Free school clothing for children (limit 5 outfits per child, first come, first served – child must be present) 

    • Free haircuts for school-aged children 

    • Free immunizations for eligible households (screening required) 

    Vaccines will be provided to children and adults who qualify under the Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) or Adult Safety Net (ASN) programs. 

    To be eligible, individuals must meet one of the following criteria:

    • Enrolled in Medicaid 

    • Uninsured 

    • Underinsured* 

    • American Indian 

    • Native Alaskan 

    *Underinsured means the child has private insurance that: 

    1.) does not cover vaccines, 

    2.) only covers certain vaccines, or 

    3.) has a cap on vaccine coverage that has been reached.
