Soccer is Back! San Saba Registration moved to 2-20-21 due to bad weather. Registrations and evaluations will be on February 20th from 9 to 12 at the Mill Pond Park track for boys and girls ages 4 yrs. - high school. There is a separate fee per child and per family. Bring birth certificates. Wear masks; one person per family at the registration table.

No-Cost Rapid COVID Testing - in San Saba at the Civic Center: February 24 (Wednesday), 1:00-3:00 p.m.; February 25 (Thursday), 8:00-10:00 a.m.; February 26 (Friday), 8:00-10:00 a.m.

Trade Days - March 6th from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Vendors needed.

ONGOING EVENTS/MEETINGS

Rylander Library - is again open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. COVID restrictions are still in place. Wear your mask and and return your books in the book drop.

San Saba County Historical Commission – meets the first Tuesday of the month at the Rylander Library beginning at 1:00 p.m. Their meetings are open to all who are interested in San Saba County history.

San Saba Garden Club meetings – The Club meets at 2:00 p.m. the first Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise announced) at the Historic Mill Pond Building, 1107 East Commerce. Initial meeting September 1st. Prospective members warmly welcomed. For more information, contact <rjkillion@centex.net>.

Bible Study Fellowship – The San Saba Women’s BSF Group began a new study on Thursday, September 17th. This year’s study, Genesis, is a timely study of new beginnings.
