We are excited to share some wonderful updates to our team at Cherokee Home!
After serving as house parents from October 2018 through July 2026 and impacting the lives of 63 boys, Ryan and Laci Duggan are stepping into new roles within our ministry. Ryan is our new Vocational Program Coordinator, where he will help equip our youth with practical skills and prepare them for success beyond Cherokee Home. Laci is our new Residential Care Manager, where she will support our house parents, coordinate campus activities and trainings, assist with youth supervision, and strengthen communication across campus. We are so grateful for their years of faithful service as house parents and are excited to see how God will use them in these new roles!
Please join us in welcoming Jon Williams, our new Clinical Care Coordinator! Jon and his wife, Meghan, have been married for 13 years and have two daughters, Claire (5) and Nora (19 months). The family is settling into the Cherokee community, and Claire recently started kindergarten at Cherokee ISD. They already feel right at home! Jon is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in ministry, victim services, crisis intervention, and behavioral health. He will help coordinate the mental health needs of our children and strengthen collaboration among providers, staff, residents, and care teams.
We are grateful for these additions and transitions and for the opportunity to continue strengthening the care and support we provide to the children at Cherokee Home.
