No big change in the weather, just windy and warm. No big chance of any rain for this week.

Again another week of no news. Everyone is trying to stay home and if they have to go out to wear a mask. They have reported that you can bring the virus into your home on the bottom of your shoes. Do like the Japanese do leave your shoes outside or have some way of wiping them off with bleach or something to kill the virus before coming inside. What is so worrisome about the virus is that you can catch it again, even after you have had it once.

The Barefoot fishing camp is now open for visitors and Sulphur Springs fishing camp is open. So anyone that wants to camp out and get in some fishing are more than welcome.

The Game Warden is on the lookout for who ever is killing wild hogs and dumping them in the river. It is not illegal to shoot them, but it is illegal to dump them in the river. If you are guilty of this, you may be caught and fined.

Jerry Reavis is in a nursing home in Llano at the present time, giving Charlene a chance to get some rest. Keep them on your prayer list.

Earl Sutton has severe medical problems, but was happy to report his granddaughter, Shyann Martinez, was the valdictorian at San Saba High School this year. Congratulations go out to her for a job well done. Earl has stars in his crown for raising Shyann.

Keep Phil B and Winnie Lou McCoury on your prayer list, as well as Pete Henniger who has cancer.

Happy birthday greetings goes out to Stephanie Yarbrough who will be celebrating a birthday May 1, to Mark McCoury and Dalon Smith who will be celebrating a birthday May 3, to Blain Adams and Shari Reaz who will be celebrating a birthday May 4 and to Jackie Brister who will be celebrating a birthday May 5. May 5th is also Cinco de Mayo.
