Robert Jasso Trujillo

This past Monday, February 15, 2021, Robert Jasso Trujillo, age 62, of San Saba, Texas, was called to be with our Lord and Savior. Robert was born February 4, 1959, in San Felipe, GTO Mexico, to the late Benito Trujillo and Maria Juana Jasso Trujillo. Robert Trujillo was an exemplary man who was widely loved by his family and community. He was best known for his never ending generosity, his intense work ethic, his craftsmanship as a very successful fence builder & rancher, and his positive energy that was guaranteed to light up any room.

Robert is survived by his two sons: Robert (Bobby) Trujillo of San Saba, Texas, and Josue (Josh) and Tanzia Trujillo of San Angelo, Texas; two granddaughters: Audrina Raelynn Trujillo of San Saba, Texas, and Timber Faye Trujillo of San Angelo, Texas; two brothers: Martin Trujillo of Brownwood, Texas, and Geraldo (Jerry) Trujillo of Wharton, Texas; two sisters: Gloria Trujillo of San Felipe GTO, Mexico, and Eloisa Cervantes-Trujillo of Dallas, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his parents: Benito Trujillo and mother Maria Juana (Jasso) Trujillo; two sisters: Conception Trujillo and Candelaria Velasquez; and one brother, Juan Trujillo.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 26, 2021, from 5-7 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home in San Saba, Texas. The family asks that you please bring your most treasured stories about Robert. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at San Saba’s First Baptist Church San Saba, Texas, with Brother Sam Crosby officiating. Interment will follow at Sloan Cemetery in Sloan Community of San Saba, Texas.
