San Saba 4-H dances into 3rd at District Round Up in Share the Fun competition

By Melanie Potter

You know how hard it is to get up in front of an audience and share one of your talents, especially if some of that audience includes judges. Most people in life do not find this the most comfortable thing to do with their time. But there are a few in the world who have a talent that allows them to create, practice, and perform before those around them.

A team from the San Saba 4-H youth chose to do just that by competing in the District's Share the Fun competition at Round Up on May 16th. The team of Ellie Fauley, Lauren Riley and Lindsey Riley created and performed a dance in the choreographed routine, Junior division of the competition, to the song, "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun."

Armadillo Baseball Report

.By Coach Ryan Pannell

The Armadillos battled with a good Albany Lions baseball team this past Saturday at Mc- Murry University but unfortunately came up short in a 10-4 loss. We played well at times and outhit the Lions as well as pitched well but costly errors allowed the lions to have a couple of big innings and come out on top. I am very proud of the team for their efforts this season and being a We over Me team.
