The 2018 Armadillos returned home to Rogan Field on a wet night for their second game of the season and came away with a dominating 53-0 win over the Harper Longhorns. The Dillo defense, which was paced by Joseph Watson, Erik Argote, and Sakima Herrera, put in a dominating performance for the second week in a row, holding the Longhorn offense to just 78 total yards.

The defense kept the Harper offense in check all night tallying nine sacks and four turnovers. Risien Shahan had the one interception while also pitching in a fumble recovery. Sakima Herrera and Bryan Reza also got in on the turnover action with each recovering a fumble. Reza’s fumble recovery resulted in six points as he scooped and scored from 45 yards out with a host of Dillos leading the way.
