It is time to go to Cherokee. Fellowship of Christian Women’s Luncheon is scheduled to meet next Thursday, November 20th, ONE WEEK EARLY, due to the Thanksgiving holiday on our 4th Thursday. We are planning to gather at 11:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall of the First Baptist Church in Cherokee for a Thanksgiving Recipes Luncheon. The 60’s are to be treated this month and we encourage other ages to search for recipes you enjoy preparing during the Thanksgiving holidays.

The Cherokee ladies give us all an invitation to come, and we always have fun in Cherokee.

Two of our ladies from Rochelle that meet with us, had a fantastic adventure last June when they joined a tour group of 100 people in the Holy Land.

Both, Sarita Cox and Betty Jo Myers had dreamed of the possibility of going to see where Jesus walked this earth, and after months of preparations their dream became reality!

Their pictures are from an interesting and unique perspective, and their stories are just precious how our Lord provided for their group all seven days. They would love to go again.

Hope you will make your plans to fellowship with us next Thursday and to hear these ladies share from their thankful hearts about the trip of a lifetime.
