Cost for this class will be an administrative fee of $15.00 per person & minium age for certification is 9 years of age.

Instructions on how to take online course:

1. Connect to internet and go to a search site (ie. Yahoo.com)

2. In search site box enter tpwd

3.Double click on 1. Texas Parks and Wildlife

4. Double click on Education under Hunting and Wildlife icon

5. Under Hunting icon, click on Hunter Education

6. Click on online course plus one-day field course

7. Under Texas Hunter Education, click on online plus one-day

field course

8. In the text portion of this page under Online Study Options, click on TPWD web site (free) plus one-day field course ($15)

9. Under three steps to certification, click on Let's get started!

10. Follow instructions from page to page until completed

11. Bring Printed Quiz Results to testing site

A Hunters Skills Trail, Live Firing with a .22 rifles, a quick review of any material in question, and exam will be the extent of this class.

***NOTE: It is each individuals' responsibility to complete the required material online, and print out results, to attend this 4 hour class.***
