The descendants of George and Evie Gatliff held their annual reunion at the Civic Center in San Saba on August 23rd. There were 98 in attendance, including George Gatliff's family and three from Tom Gatliff's family who came to visit.

People came from all over the state of Texas. They were from Lubbock, Garrison, Timpson, Ft. Worth, Brownwood, Abilene, Nacogdoches, Garland, Lometa, Porter, Burnet, Arlington, Taylor, Sachse, Gatesville, Krum, Cedar Park and San Saba. Some could not attend because of illness.

The children played bingo and other things (running and screaming). The older ones held an auction. All kinds of items were being auctioned, such as homemade things, old things, bought things and an oil painting by Faye Eden Currie. Fun was had by all.
