Louis Flores, 48, of Huntsville, AL, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2008 in Huntsville. Born June 26, 1960 in San Saba, he was the son of Adolfo and Teckla Flores. Louis was retired from the U.S. Army and was a general engineer for military training for 3 Northrop Grumman.
Louis is survived by his father, Adolfo Flores of San Saba; his wife, Linda Flores, and two sons, Luis Esteban Flores and Lionel Eugene Flores, all of Huntsville, AL; six brothers: Gilbert Flores and his wife, Lupe, of San Saba; Ruben Flores of San Saba; Adolfo Flores Jr. and his wife, Julia, of Snyder, TX; Jose Alfredo Flores of San Saba; Gonzalo Flores and his wife, Abby, of San Saba; and Samuel Flores of San Saba; six sisters: Oralia Huron and her husband, Ernesto, of San Saba; Susana Coronado and her husband, Apolonio, of San Saba; Ester Flores and her husband, Joe Pena, of San Angelo; Sylvia Juarez of San Saba; Emma Stewart and her husband, Bruce, of San Saba; and Delia Krueger; and several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Teckla Flores.
Services were held Saturday, August 23, 2008 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in San Saba, with Father Cesar Guzman officiating. Interment followed at the San Saba City Cemetery.
A Rosary was held Friday, August 22, 2008 at the Howell-Doran Funeral Home in San Saba.
Funeral services were under the direction of the Howell-Doran Funeral Home in San Saba, TX.
