Marjorie Vesta Frizzell, 88 of Round Rock Texas, passed away Sunday January, 22, 2012 in her home under care of Hospice Compassus. Marjorie was born November 20, 1923 to Carlton R. Harris and Ollie Rawls Harris. Ulys M (Buck) Frizzell and Marjorie were united in marriage on December 23, 1939 in San Saba Texas. Marjorie and Buck were married for 50 years and celebrated this event with their family. Marjorie was a retired University of Texas employee and loved rooting for the Texas Longhorns. Marjorie is survived by her children, her daughter, Cheryl Zombola of Round Rock; her son, Randy Frizzell and his wife, Brenda of Manor; her son, Marty of Taylor; her grandchildren, Mark Frizzell of Austin; Scott Frizzell of Carrollton Texas; Brian Frizzell of Manor; Shannon Frizzell of Houston; James Zombola and his wife, April of Round Rock; Kevin Frizzell and his wife, Amanda of San Marcos California; John Frizzell of Austin; Jason Zombola of Round Rock; Haley Frizzell of Round Rock; her great grandchildren, Noah Colton, Austin Wyatt, Chasiti Grace; her nieces and nephews, Donald Wayne Harris, Doug Harris, Ronnie Harris, Debbie Maultsby, Pam Benner, Richard Harris, Cindy Harris, Patti Malone,Carla Baron, Trey Harris, Craig Harris, Mike Harris, Rick Harris, Sheila Harris, Dennis R. Jones, Bille Drews, Lynette Tondre, Sheila Slaughter, Shannon Wooldridge, Lanna Norris, Cynthia Johnson, Donna Hatchett, Johnny Frizzell. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Ollie Harris; her husband of 50 years, Ulys (Buck) Frizzell; son, retired Army Veteran Charles Lyndon Frizzell; granddaughter, God’s Angel Stephanie Ann Frizzell; grandson, God’s Angel Nathanial Chase Frizzell; brothers, Kenneth Harris, Zane Harris, Hazen Harris, Jack Harris, and Don Harris; sister, Jewell Faye Faught; nieces, Missy Harris, Gloria (Waynez) Knope; nephew, Kirk Harris. Marjorie (Mother, Momma, Grandmaw, Grandmaw Margie, and GG) dearly loved her family and enjoyed visiting and cooking for them. She had unconditional love for her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marjorie celebrated 50 years of marriage with her husband Ulys M (Buck) Frizzell, after his passing she enjoyed living in Georgetown and Round Rock until her passing. Marjorie was a member of the Cedar Park Eastern Star, and loved her Country. She was proud of her son, Army Capt. Charles Lyndon Frizzell who served two tours of duty in Vietnam and was honored with a Purple Heart. Marjorie was the last surviving child of Carlton (Pop) and Ollie (More Momma) Harris of San Saba. Rejoice as God has called all of the family home to him! Services to be held Friday January 27, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Heritage Funeral Chapel in San Saba, Texas. Interment at China Creek Cemetery. The family requests all memorials be made to Celebration Church of Georgetown Texas. Pallbearers are her grandson’s, Mark, Scott, James, Kevin, John, Jason, and family friend, Steven Spangler. Honorary Pallbearer is her grandson, Brian.
