As summer ends, the children at Cherokee Home for Children enjoyed a day of water fun activities at the campus in Cherokee last week. A number of generous donations were made to the home recently requesting a special event for the children. With the funds, two water slides were rented for the day, the one shown here being multi-story in height. The home presently helps about thirty children from ages 2 through 17. The children and staff had a great end of the summer.
