Larry A. Barker, age 72, of Olney, Texas died Sunday, June 13, 2010, in Olney. Graveside services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2010, in the Restland Cemetery with Scotte Clark officiating. Larry was born February 19, 1938 in San Saba, Texas to the late Loye and Alene (Rawls) Barker. He married Judy Aylor on January 12, 1984 in Graham, Texas.

He was a retired route sales and delivery man for Mrs. Baird's Bread for 20 years. He had been the van driver for the Olney Senior Club Center for the past 10 years.

Larry had lived in Olney for approximately 30 years. He was preceded in death by one sister, Nelda Susler.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Barker of Olney; two daughters, Jeannie Kiser and husband Richard of Midlothian, Texas and Sonia Chamberlain and husband John of Hobbs, New Mexico; one son, James Barker; one sister, Juverna Bogard of Lampasas, Texas; and five grandchildren, Victoria Barker, Amanda Moss, Cody Spivey, Richard Kiser, Jr. and Russell Kiser.

Arrangements were under the direction of Lynn Funeral Home.
