Each year, Central Texas Telephone Cooperative sponsors a "Street Safety Poster Contest" for 4th grade students in the Coopera-tives service area. The schools that participated are San Saba, Chero-kee, Richland Springs, Rochelle, Lohn, Goldthwaite, Mullin, Priddy, Star, and Evant.

The 2009 winners of a shiny new bicycle are: Analyn Bohen-sky – San Saba; Sarah Franklin – Cherokee; Harvey Sanders – Ro-chelle; Chandler Lusty – Richland Springs.

Other winners are Alyxis Williams – Lohn; Cody Couch – Goldthwaite; Kassie Morgen – Priddy; Biviana Martinez – Star; Elian Sandoval – Mullin; and Keely Smith – Evant.

Thanks to all the 4th grade students for their participation! It was certainly hard to choose the very best one from so many creative posters.
