George and Hattie Rogers were honored in Louisville, Texas for their 60th wedding anniversary.

They were married January 20, 1950 in Richland Springs.

George retired from the Soil Conservation Service in Temple, Texas and Hattie from the Rosebud Elementary School in Rosebud, Texas.

Hosting this event was Brian and Nancy Rogers of Abilene, Texas; Joe and Donna Rogers of Louisville, Texas.

They are blessed with eight grandchildren, Jessica and Drew Kennedy of Crandal, Texas; Ginger Rogers, Los Angeles, California; Allison Rogers of Louisville, Texas; Jimmy and Michelle Jones of Gilmer, Texas; Jason and Nikki Miller of Belleville, Illinois. They also have three great-grandchildren.
