Scott Sanderson is headed to Austin where he will represent the nine county Brownwood district in the TxDOT statewide Truck ROADEO being held October 30. Sanderson was high score for San Saba in a tri-county competition between Lampasas, Mills and San Saba County maintenance sections. He held on to first place as he competed against 19 other drivers at the district drive-off held in September, securing his place at the state competition. The statewide ROADEO will have competitors from all 25 TxDOT districts. Jeremy Robinson of Breckenridge was first runner up and will also compete at state level.
