Robert Louis Stevenson was bedridden with consumption. But his disease didn't make him despondent.

One day he was coughing badly. His wife said, "Do you still believe it's a wonderful day?"

"I do," he said, as he looked out of the window. "I'll not allow a row of medicine bottles to block my horizon."

Unbelief puts circumstances between itself and the Lord. But faith puts the Lord between itself and circumstances. It turns trials into triumphs.

The Psalmist said, "I lift up my eyes to the hills -where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of Heaven and earth."
