Born September 13, 1941, Dennis Cordell Brooks of Seguin, Tx. passed away on December 5, 2008 in San Antonio, Tx.

Dennis grew up in San Antonio attending Harlandale High School and was a member of Bellaire Baptist Church. He most recently resided in Seguin, Texas.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents JD and Addie Brooks. Dennis is survived by his sisters, Annette; Virginia; Deborah and her husband Steve. His five children: James, Sheri, Todd, Cory, and Ashley. One granddaughter, Jessica. Nephews: Trey, Barkley, and Brandon, and niece, Shanell. His lifetime soul-mate Colleen, and her two sons Chris and John Jr.

A graveside service is planned for Wednesday, December 17th at 2 p.m. in San Saba at the San Saba City Cemetery with Rev. George McHorse officiating.
