Adolfo (El BeBe) Flores

Adolfo (El BeBe) Flores, 83, of San Saba, passed away Sunday December 7, 2008 in San Saba. Adolfo (El BeBe) was born February 8, 1925 in San Saba, the son of Samuel Flores and Anastacia Barboza Flores. On August 4, 1945 Adolfo (El BeBe) Flores and Teckla Ramos were married in Lubbock. She preceded him in death December 23, 2002. Adolfo (El BeBe) was a farm laborer and attended the St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Adolfo (El BeBe) is survived by his sons, Gilbert Flores and his wife Lupe of San Saba; Ruben Flores of San Saba; Adolfo Flores Jr. and his wife Julia of Snyder; Jose Alfredo Flores of San Saba; Gonzalo Flores and his wife Abby of San Saba and Samuel Flores of San Saba. Daughters, Oralia Huron and her husband Ernesto of San Saba; Susana Coronado and her husband Apolonio of San Saba; Ester Flores and her husband Joe Pena of San Angelo; Sylvia Juarez of San Saba; Emma Stewart and her husband Bruce of San Saba and Delia Krueger of San Saba. One daughter-in-law, Linda Flores of Huntsville, AL. 36 Grandchildren, 46 Great-Grandchildren and 12 Great-Great Grandchildren. One sister, Deloris Mendiola of San Saba and several nieces and nephews.

Adolfo (El BeBe) is preceded in death by his parents; wife; one son, Louis Flores; three grandchildren, Gregory Flores; Denise Juarez; Susana Coronado; and one Great-Grandchild, Ramiro Ramos Jr.; seven brothers, Jose Flores; Jesus Flores; Carlos Flores; Rodolfo Flores; Vincente Flores; Pablo Flores; Trinidad Flores and one sister, Teresa Jimenez.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with Rev. Cesar Jaimè Guzmàn Diaz officiating. Interment will follow at the San Saba City Cemetery.

A Rosary was held on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 7:00 PM at the Howell-Doran Funeral Home.

The family requests that donations be made to the San Saba City Cemetery Building Fund.
