The San Saba Garden Club Yard of the Month for December 2007 is the home of Richard and Betty Gibson at 806 South Liveoak in San Saba.

Betty is from San Saba, and she and Richard moved here about four years ago. They like to work and keep busy. He brought in good dirt for the flowers and shrubs and they both enjoy working together in the garden. Richard likes metal art work and there is a butterfly plow blade, three shovel birds, a white crane, and much more. They have Passion Vines, a purple passion plant, raised beds for cactus, and many more. They also have a green house filled with other flowers. The roses are still blooming.
