The next GED Test at Gatesville High School will be given December 9 and 10. Individuals wishing to take the test December 9 and 10 must complete registration some time between 5 and 7 p.m. on December 3. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes to an hour when registering. You need to bring with you a current state or federal photo ID, Social Security Card, and $65 fee for the test. Registration will be held in room 22 of Gatesville High - you need to come to the back of the high school to get to this room easily. If you have failed the test in 2002 through 2008 and need to retest one or more parts, each part cost $10 to retest and it must have been six months since you took the test or you have been to GED classes and you have a letter from the instructor saying you are ready to retest. You need to bring with you a copy of the previous test scores if you have tested before. If you are under 18, there are other qualifications also.
