The San Saba Ladies Golf Association met October 16, 2008 for play day with the Chair for October, Dorothy Sterner, calling for a game of even on the front nine, odd on the back nine, less half your handicap. First Place went to Dorothy and she had a great day, also scoring Low Gross and Low Net for the day, scored a birdie, and chipped in to split the chip in pot with Bobbie Churchill. Dorothy was on a roll! Jo Ann Snow was Second Place. Sandee Hartley also played and Pat Ribb finished nine holes.

We are so small in number and really wish that some of you lady golfers out there would come and join us. We golf, but we also have lots of fun on the side, with fellowship and lunch. It’s a great time to be “swinging!”
