The Fall Festival last Saturday was a great sucess. It was like a Homecoming. Hopefully they will plan on having it again next year.

Jerri Smith, daughter-in-law of the late S.L. and Noble Lee Smith will be laid to rest at the Cherokee Cemetery on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest by her husband, Brooke Smith.

Charlie Gray from Alaska is visiting with sisters, Lynda Randolph and Jimma Byrd.

The Randolph Cousins went to Fiesta Texas last weekend. Those attending this year was Kristi and Jessica Ball from Lampasas; Paul, Kelli and Ashley Jenschke from Fredericksburg; Tracy and Kendall Johnson from Cherokee; Coby Randolph from San Antonio; Sandy, Collin and Caroline Oestreich from Llano. Also, Nettie Jean Randolph, Richard Randolph and Sue Rhoades attended. We had a wonderful time.

Sue Rhoades, Richard Randolph, Michael and Lynda Randolph and Chris, Kristy and Hank Perry attended the Bend Fish Fry last Saturday night. The food and fellowship was great.

There was a large attendance at the Cherokee School “Open House" last Monday night.
