The Jr. High beat Brookesmith last Thursday evening, 25-14. E.J. Borchers scored 1 touchdown run, 1 touchdown pass from Stephen Austermann, and 1 fumble recovery. Burnam Sloan scored 1 touchdown, threw 1 touchdown pass to Austermann, and recovered 1 fumble. Austermann scored 1 touchdown on a pass from Sloan, scored 1 PAT, threw 1 touchdown pass to Borchers, and had 1 fumble recovery. Aaron Iversen had 1 fumble recovery and forced 1 fumble.

The Indians beat Brookesmith last Friday night 52-16. Mr. Jeff Miller was here doing a story for ESPN on 6-Man football. It should air on ESPN toward the end of October to first part of November.

Oct. 15th, the Cross Country teams will run at Zephyr.

Oct. 16th, the Jr. High plays Paint Rock here at 6:00 p.m.

Oct. 17th, the Indians play Paint Rock there at 7:30 p.m.

Oct. 18th, the Pee Wee flag football team plays Lometa here at 10:00 a.m.

Oct. 18th, the Pee Wee tackle football team plays Rochelle here at 11:00 a.m.

Oct. 19th, the Corsi, Pool, Kroll Scholarship Ropin’ will be at the Paul Broyles Arena.

Oct. 20th, there will be an open house at the ISD in the evening hours.

Oct. 22nd, the Cross Country teams will run in the Priddy meet at the Goldthwaite golf course.

Oct. 24th, the Jr. Class Slave Auction will take place by silent auction at the football game.
