Gene and Minyone Toumbs of Garland recently visited the David Fry family and other friends.

Fern Woolsey is in the Scott and White Hospital at Temple. We wish Fern a speedy recovery.

Avery and Maurine Johnson spent the weekend at Spring Branch visiting with the Poss family.

Jane Randolph had a Christmas party last Monday night for the Bunco Girls. The food was wonderful and her house was beautiful.

Lucille Bode is in St. David’s Hospital in Austin. Lucille is the mother of Vicki Barker. We wish her a speedy recovery.

Coby Randolph spent time with his mother, Nettie Jean Randolph last week.

Alex Broyles and children visited in Cherokee last weekend.

Jim and Melody Ball are back home after a trip to Bransom.

The Baptist Youth spent last Sunday afternoon decorating the doors of the residents of San Saba Nursing Home. It was reported that they had a great time.

Janiece Duggan had gall bladder surgery Friday and is doing fine. She has bought her own motorcycle. So you might see Janiece and Danny riding by just as soon as she is feeling better.

Doug and Cyndi Suggs have their visas now so if nothing else happens they will be leaving January 3, 2008 for Russia.

Jody and Katherine Simmons visited family and friends in Corpus last weekend.

Patience, Macy and Tatum Shanklin of Pecos have been visiting family and friends.

There will be a Town Christmas Party on Saturday, December 15th, at 6:00 p.m. around the big Christmas tree in front of the Methodist Church. Everyone is invited to come enjoy cookies, punch, Christmas songs, and look for the special guest to stop by to see what Christmas wishes the young and young-at-heart have on their Christmas lists! Bring your family and your lawn chairs!

Lexi and Laci Wagner had a birthday party at Cartwheels in Llano on Saturday.
