1 Thessalonians 8:10 - "But also in every place your faith to Godward is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak anything. For they themselves show of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God; and to wait for His Son from Heaven, Whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus, Which delivered us from the wrath come."

Throughout the world ages there has always been a small remnant that has been chosen and remained faithful to God. They are Biblically known as the elect of Christ, and they will be in the first resurrection to work and teach with Him during the millennium - when Christ returns to stop all sin and clean this wicked world up to be without sport or wrinkle for God to bring down His great city and live with His people.

Do you feel you are one of these elect? Note that Christ will deliver you from the wrath of God if you are, and you should strive to attain that status. If you separate yourselves from the ways of the world to be a faithful witness for Christ, you will be in that small remnant known as the elect of Christ.

God sent Christ down from heaven to this wicked world and raised Him from the dead that He might deliver us from God's wrath to come. Your Bible clearly teaches there will be a great tribulation upon this sinful world to be the greatest trouble our world will ever see. It will be God's wrath to punish all the present day sins that we see and hear every time we witness a news program.

We cannot escape knowing our present world is very, very wicked, even to the degree it is grieving God. We also know He does not have to permit it to continue, and if it angers Him, He can surely stop it. That will bring the wrath of God that Paul warns of, and Christ is the only One Who can deliver us from experiencing it. If you believe the Bible, you will not doubt God's wrath is coming.

You can be one of the small remnant known as Christ's elect. You can also know that Christ will shorten the time of the great tribulation for the elect's sake. Your Bible teaches that, and it is of vital importance that you do believe it. It is common logic to know the majority will not. God gives us the status of being free moral agents. That means we are responsible for our decisions to develop and mold our future.

What actually happens will be your own decisions. Don't delay turning to Christ now. He alone can deliver you from God's terrible wrath.
