Welcome San Saba High School Alumni! Homecoming week is a very exciting and fun week for everyone! We have many fun activities planned for the week all leading to an exciting football game on Friday against Johnson City. I wanted to take this opportunity to review the homecoming events for Friday. The Homecoming Pep Rally will begin at 3:00 pm in the Armadillo Arena – get there early to get a good seat. The Homecoming festivities will be featuring many, many of our high school students. Beginning at 6:45 pm, the senior candidates and the duchesses from each class will be driven in cars, parade style to Rogan field. They will be accompanied by the San Saba High School Band, Cheerleaders, and Dilloettes. Once reaching Rogan Field, the candidates and duchesses will be introduced along with their escorts and parents. The San Saba High School Band will take the field at half-time to present its UIL contest show to the hometown crowd. This opportunity is very important as UIL contest is quickly approaching. After the bands have presented their shows, the Senior Candidates will again take the field along with their escorts for the crowning of the 2008 San Saba High School Homecoming Queen.

Before the game, please take advantage of the EMS Steak Supper that will be hosted behind the Methodist Church. This organization is vital to our community and the Annual Steak Supper is one of their major fund raisers.
