Christmas activities in San Saba will kick-off December 8th beginning with Breakfast with Santa sponsored by Impact 2000 Plus at The Father's House from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. There will be treats and activities for the children. Later that evening, the San Saba County Chamber of Commerce Lighted Christmas Parade begins at 6:00 p.m. Entrants are asked to line up at 4:30 p.m. at 10th and Commerce for judging. Photo opportunities with Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available at Photos by VNA at 404 E. Wallace after the parade.Many merchants in San Saba will be staying open until 8:00 p.m. for Christmas shopping after the parade. These businesses include Everett's Furniture, Mbellishments, Alamo Pecan and Coffee, San Saba Olive Oil Company, Photos by VNA, Harry's and Wedding Oak Winery. Relay For Life will be selling hot chocolate on the Courthouse Square before, during and after the parade.The Christmas Lighting Contest for homes and businesses will be judged by several of the directors of The San Saba County Chamber of Commerce on December 17th at 6:00 p.m.
