The high school drama students at Richland Springs are planning a big bake sale the opening weekend of deer season, November 3rd. The students are raising money to fund the festivals they attend, buy costumes, and hopefully take a trip to the “Big Apple”. The Drama Club is asking for help with the baked goods. If you can bake a pie, cake, cookies, or brownies and get the item to the high school next Friday, the students will wrap it in pretty cellophane paper, add some ribbons, and make your product even more attractive. Then, on Saturday, they will sell the products to benefit their club. They are hoping that deer hunters will want to pick up one of the delicious treats to take to deer camp or home to the wife and kids who stayed behind.
