SSISD welcomes new High School Principal

San Saba ISD is proud to welcome to the San Saba community, Mr. Brian Williams. Mr. Williams and his family, wife Amy, and two daughters Baylee and Abby come to San Saba most recently from, High Island ISD. At High Island ISD, Brian was the PK – 12th grade principal. The Williams’ made the move to San Saba in June and he has been busy since his arrival meeting parents, students, and staff and preparing for the coming school year. Brian is a high school science teacher by training and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Stephen F. Austin and his Masters in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin. Mr. Williams is also busy pursuing his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from SFASU. His expected completion date for his Doctorate is in 2014. Prior to joining the leadership ranks, Mr. Williams taught science in Huntington ISD. Amy will be joining the staff at San Saba Elementary School as the 3rd and 4th grade science teacher, Baylee will join the 8th grade class and Abby will be in 5th Grade. Please take the time to drop by the SSHS office to welcome Mr. Williams.
