Betty Ortiz has been named August 2012 Employee of the Month at the nursing home. Betty was born and raised in El Salvador and enjoys living in San Saba because of the people and the low cost of living. She likes spending time with her family, children and one grandchild.Betty says she likes being at Pecan Valley Nursing & Rehab because she enjoys meeting new people, making new friends and enjoys the residents.Someday, Betty hopes to be able to take a long vacation to the Virgin Islands, rest, relax and lie on the beach.Congratulations and thank you Betty for all you do.
