Luke 6:38: "Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."Jesus' words hold true. The more you give, the more you will be blessed. Misers are not happy people. Using a metaphor of someone buying grain at the market, Jesus says that those who forgive will receive a good measure, pressed down (so that more can be added), shaken up (to settle the grain so that even more can be added), and running over.They who are merciful will receive even greater mercy, and those who give no mercy will receive what they give.Let us be willing to share God's bounty with others
