In the mid 1870s, Andrew, Mark and Polk Oliver moved to San Saba county. One brother, John M. Oliver remained in Williamson County. The descendants of the four brothers met at Harmony Ridge on June 9 and 10, 2012 for their annual reunion.On Saturday, a small group met to discuss genealogy. That evening the Harmony Ridge Cemetery Association met for its annual meeting followed by 65 family and friends enjoying fried fish with all the trimmings prepared by Marlis Oliver and crew.Sunday morning devotional was presented by President, Jarrett Oliver. The oldest at the reunion was 98 year old Elsie Millican. Youngest was 18 month old Asher Jennings. Traveling the farthest was Shannon Oliver of Seabrook, Texas. Approximately 100 attended the barbeque lunch.
