The Kerrville Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating Carlos Melendez-Martinez. Martinez was last seen on June 17, 2012, after 1pm at the Kerrville State Hospital (KSH) in the 700 block of Thompson. Martinez was held at KSH for aggravated robbery and arson. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Melendez-Martinez is 29 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.
